Who Are Big Buddies?
Big Buddies are community members age 18 and older (16-17 with parental permission and added reference check) who have about an hour a week to spend with a youth.
Big Buddies are your neighbors, your friends, your community members, your teachers, your business associates, your students...
Big Buddies are people just like you! They are people who enjoy spending time with youth. Everyone is unique and brings many special qualities and talents that are just waiting to be shared!
How Can I Become a Big Buddy?
Call your local area Big Buddies office to request an application, stop by and pick one up or download one from our site.
Following the application, participate in an inteview with a Big Buddies staff person.
Be matched with a Little Buddy who shares common interests with you. Hang out about an hour or so each week and HAVE FUN!
